rehearsing with skype

I need help! I am a classical flutist rehearsing with an acousitc guitarist. We both have logitech cameras. We tried rehearsing. Everything was fine visually, and we could speak clearly. However, when we played together, only she could hear both of us. I could hear when she played alone, but as soon as the flute entered, the guitar completely cut out. What can I do on my end?
